Quality and Safety
Centre Design employs a full time health and safety officer. Safety both in the working environment and at our customers sites is of paramount importance to us.
All our installations are backed up by full risk assessments and method statements. This allows us to analyse the risks involved in an installation to minimise that risk prior to arriving on site.
All our operatives undergo extensive training whether it be on the manufacture of suspension lines, wiring up a plug or operating a 30M access platform. This training is refreshed on a yearly basis to make sure that all members of the team are aware of the latest "good practice" and safety information.
Centre Design manufactures all its products to a rigorous set of quality standards.
The creation of these standards starts with the initial ideas when suppliers are asked to tender. Drawings are prepared that specify the components exactly and give a basis on which these can then be checked on arrival in our factory.
Our QC department make sure that all elements of the product are within their specified tolerance whether these are manufactured outside or in our own manufacturing facilities.
